How to Apply for Shares
As a Private Ltd Co, we are authorized to have a maximum of 50
shareholders. We insist that a shareholder should be ready to take
a minimum of 20,000 shares at the unit value of Rs.10/- per share.
The company will not allot more than 20,000 shares per individual.
As Chairman and one of the Executive Directors are NRIs. The
project will be executed as an NRI project where there are some
guaranteed benefits.
Investment Schemes
NRIs (Non Resident Indians) who would like to apply for the shares
should send us the application forms duly filled along with a
demand draft in favour of Star Lagoon Health Resorts & Toursim
Pvt. Ltd, payable at Thrissur.
Alternative Choices
They can opt for 4 days free stay with a family of four members in
any Class I Resort they select.
We are on schedule and our Resort will be completed within one
year and the members who opt for free stay package will have no
other alternative but to stay in our resort.
As you are aware, the appreciation of the land value and the
returns on the project will be shared equally by all the members
of our business family and you will reap the harvest as dividend
soon after the implementation of the project. We are committed to
our shareholders for the support they give to us and we are
confident that we will be executing some other on going projects
mentioned earlier as per schedule for which you will be equally
benefited as Investors of the parent company.
